Flash 3D development - gaming

We are in the process of developing a new online game which requires fairly heavyweight Flash programming. We require a 3D environment and understand that Swift 3D Xpress (or similar) might be needed. We do not want to use Director/Shockwave due to the lower market uptake of this technology. Our initial requirement is to create a testbed prototype by mid-May (approx)with possibly full development thereafter. Flash skills are likely to be 'expert' in the 3D area. We've spoken to quite a few Flash developers but none have the level of expertise required hence why we stress the skills set here. Freelance or company approaches welcomed. Examples of work in similar field will be required as next step. Thanks for your interest
