Financial Research Analyst

The purpose of your work will be to report to our company investors regarding the market situation in the cities where we currently have real estate development projects underway (Chongqing and Jiyuan) and also on the real estate market and macroeconomic situation at large. Our reporting is Monthly, Quarterly and Yearly. You will also be expected to answer specific questions from investors regarding the Chinese Real Estate market newsflow on demand. This is a long term position. We are looking for a financial research analyst who can commit at least 2/3 days a month. There are possibilities for permanent hiring too if you live in Chongqing, China. It is important for us to choose the right person for the job, before we invest further supervision time. We will therefore decide mostly based on the response to our test.
