This looks easy dude. I'm an engineering student and I've cleared the FRM part 1. Do you need the only the ones labelled 1 and 2 or do you also need the descriptive questions? (-comment on the merit and the limitation of using monthly returns instead of weekly returns to see whether the estimation can be improved -show the shape of the distribution, kurtosis measurement) If so, mention the no. of words an appropriate response would contain, else I can improvise.

My profile picture shows a project I worked on, it was exactly finding the efficient frontier and tangent (market) line. I completed the assignment using Matlab, but I will be able to transfer it to Excel, as long as you have the historical data, I will be able to start working on it.
