Expert Link-builder required

We are looking for a fast, reliable freelance Link-building expert with good English communication skills to assist us with link-building as well as advise us on winning ‘white-hat’ strategies. You must be able to prove your track record in getting relatively new sites into Google’s top 10 for highly competitive keywords. You must also have access to high-PR pages and Authority sites. We have used people in the past who have not delivered so please do not apply unless you are an “Expert” in this field. Payment for this project will be made at pre-agreed ranking milestones.
