VBA Excel Macro Programmer Needed Right Now

Need VBA Programmer to help write Macros right now in real time either via messaging or over the phone. Have several tasks that need to be done, so this could be ongoing. First task is as follows: Find unique skill types from column "SkillType" and create a new column for each, then copy data from neighboring column that is associated with this skill type and paste into row 2 of the new column, separate each skill by a bar " | " OR add a bullet and each skill be on its own line. Here is a breakdown of how it should probably work: 1. Search for specific column by heading name: "SkillType" 2. Find first non empty cell in column "SkillType" and return cell address (ex. $BQ$4) 3. Count how many instances of that skill type exist and set as integer i 4. Copy each unique skill type as String from column BQ and create new column (2 columns over in BS) with copied string as heading name 5. From original cell ($BQ$4) copy data from neighboring cell in column next to this (ex. starting with $BR$4) and paste into row 2 of new column - iterate down the neighboring column as many times as counted (integer i) starting with same cell $BR$4, copying and pasting data into row 2 of the newly created column, separated by a bar & " | "& 6.
