Do some Excel Work

First thing, please read this notice: I have been on Rentacoder and Freelancer over many years and recently came back to this platform. I was surprised to find out that now has a lot of SCAMMERS who tried trying to trick me into working with them and getting me to start working via SKYPE which as you all know is ILLEGAL according to the rules. So dear coders if you try to do this, then let me tell you that I will directly contact support and get you BANNED. I hope this is clear. Sorry to be direct bit this really bugs me. So about this job. I trade and research financial markets so I need someone who is knowledgeable on Financial markets and understands the terminology to help me take some research further. Please note I can do this work in excel myself I am very IT literate however I have no time. In attachment you will find a CSV file which contains some prices on a standard date followed by open,high,low,close format. (If you don't know what this is then you don't know enough about markets so please do not bid) This will be a multi stage project so I need someone who can follow through on the work. I will make each stage very simple. Using these prices, I need the following: - Parameter setting low threshold - Parameter setting high threshold. Typically the high/low threshold will be defaulted to 20% - what this means is I want the prices 20% above the low. And the prices below the high. These can be separate columns to the right of the data. Parameter setting Average True Range - default setting 8 Once we have that data, I need further columns: Column - detects if row resulted in price increase/decrease overall Column – detects if ATR(8(or other value)) Column – detects if market opens in top 20% (or param value) of the price range Column – detects if market opens in bottom 20% (or param value ) of the price range Column detects if market closes in top 20%(or param value) of the price range Column detects if market closes in bottom 20%(or param value) of the price range Column – previous row is a down day and the open was opening in top 20% and closing in the bottom 20% then measure actual row and see if closing price is above the previous day closing price. I need a total of number of rows measured and number closing above previous close. Percentage will help Column – previous row is an up day and open was in lowest 20% and closed in top 20% then measure actual row and see if close is lower than the closing price of previous row Lastly use the ATR(param value) and add an optional filter to see if large ATR rows say 50% bigger than ATR(8) give better % results for the test.
