- Inspect reports and sheets of data
- Explore the internet for information- Substantial computer skills including word processing, spreadsheets and presentation software, as well as databases and customer database systems
- Excellent typing accuracy
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Solid understanding of Microsoft Word
- Strong familiarity with typing over 60 words per minute
- Microsoft Excel experience
- Ability to multitask and meet deadlines
