Electric utility web data collection

Hi, My company is in need of verified web data collection. This may be collected through automation or by hand, but every item needs to be verified. We have a list of electric utility companies in the U.S. We would likely start with 600 utilities and would ultimately collect data for 1000 to 1600 of these companies. For each company we need to know - If their website provides an online account where their customers and login to view and pay bills, etc. If so - Utility id number (will be provided) - 2014 company name (will be provided) - Current company name (a small number may have changed since the 2014 data source) - The URL of the login page - The URL of the forgot password page - The URL of the forgot username page - The URL of the page to register for a new online account - Whether the login id is a username or email address - The logo image, sized between 200 and 1000 pixels wide The deliverable would be a cvs text file or spreadsheet file and a zip file or directory of web friendly images (gif, jpg, png). URLs are to be text rather than href links. The images should be titled "[current company name] [utility id number]". If no login is provided by the company, simply list current company name and show login URL as "none". No other information is need for these no login companies.
