AS9100 documents transform to Excel with VBA forms

We have manual forms, we wanted to transform the forms into electronic forms and able to keep track of responses. => I would like to suggest MS access 2016 for development. It is a great tool when scaling-up and excellent reporting features. we can create tables, forms, reports in MS access database. Please send the images or details of forms you want to create. so we prepare required tables/fields, forms etc. We are Microsoft Access,  Excel and SQL server database developers, about the experience my senior colleague has over 21 years experience and I have a 7 year of experience in building Microsoft access databases for various industry types and purpose, we do have contracts with couple of companies for long-term support. We had initial development of database for these companies. And on a ongoing basis we are making changes and/or supporting for bugs, improvements etc. We worked on over 530 Microsoft Access projects till now.
