Data transfer to another Workbook with conditions and Place data in Table

First, What I want to get done here is that I want to see if “J11” or “L11” is > then $0 in book1/sheet1, if yes then compare the value of “C11” and “E11” from book1/sheet1 to list of Column C and Column B in book2/sheet1. IF the both values are same in Column C and Column B in book2/sheet1 then check for E12 in book1/sheet1 and continue. And if the value did not match in Column C and Column B in book2/sheet1 then I want to copy D11 to A4, E11 to B4, C11 to C4, J11&L11 to I4 and B11 to H4 from book1/sheet1 to book2/sheet1 and continue in next empty row in book2/sheet1 table.
I do have code written and working fine, but there are minor following things that im unable to get it done. See attached two Excel files.
1. Unable to paste data in table in Workbook2.
2. If I put "-" in empty cells in column G, H, J and L in book1/sheet1 the code is not working.
Other then above things code is working fine just need modification.
Second, I want to enter a number in "B3" book1/sheet1 and place that number in first available empty cell in table2 in book1/sheet2 by clicking on add button. And clear the "B3" cell. Also, if entered number already in table, then should not get place again. Similarly after entering number in "B3" and clicking deleted the number should get removed from table. And cell should get empty for next entry.

Hello. I would like to work on your project, as I see the "-" issue come from the fact that the code are trying to evaluate a formula in Book 2 F4 trying to get result from Book1 computing G11+H11*7. this issue can be easily jumped out making the code to put "-" or zero or nothing in these case, as you like. Regarding the second task I would like to ask if in Book1 sheet2 column C , I mean the value near room number, will it takes always the value 1? I hope You will select me for this job. Thank you. Ok so I fixed 1) and 2). Now it copies the data corectly in the table adding rows every time it is needed.
I also wrote the add and delete code. The size of the table in sheet 2 is also adjustable.
