I am looking for an experienced event coordinator to help with the organization and coordination of a one-day small conference in Tokyo on 18th January 2024. The ideal candidate will have the following skills and experience: Event Type: Conference - The event coordinator should have prior experience in coordinating conferences, including managing logistics, scheduling, and coordinating speakers and presentations. Venue: Yes, I have a venue - The coordinator should be able to work with the chosen venue and ensure that it meets the requirements for the conference, including seating capacity, audiovisual equipment, and catering options. Expected Number of Attendees: Around 20 - The coordinator should be able to handle a smaller-scale conference and ensure that all attendees have a seamless and enjoyable experience. Additional Requirements: - The coordinator should have strong communication and organizational skills to effectively manage all aspects of the event. Coordinator must be able to communicate in English language. - Knowledge of the local area and familiarity with Tokyo would be beneficial in coordinating transportation, accommodations, and local attractions for attendees. - Experience in coordinating international events and working with diverse cultures and languages would be an asset. An event coordinator is a person who is responsible for managing the event. Understanding the requirements and objectives of each event.
