Schematic design for Phase-shift Laser Rangefinder

We are looking for people with prior knowledge in the design of Laser distance meter (Laser Range Finder). Knowledge requirements: • Experience in design commercial laser rangefinder (LRF) hardware. • Able to select the key components of LRF. • Understand optical mixer (APD optoelectronic mixer) We will provide to you • Reference SCH that we have study We expect to receive: • Block diagram with operation principle description • Schematic design, fully annotated • BOM with supplier and datasheet listing for the most critical parts • Software develop guide (to be discussed who will write the code) Below are some specific requirements that we need: Topology: Phase shift method (or other suggestion welcome) Range: 0.05m~15m Continuous measuring frequency: >30hz Accuracy: ±3mm in continuous measuring Laser Output power: Meet IEC 60825-1 class 1 or class 2 Operation temperature: -10~45°C Data output: Serial data such as I2C, UART or similar to discuss. Operation environment: Indoor usage Target object: Must able to detect black object such as black clothing. This LRF module will be embedded in our system. The price is our biggest concern. We need a low cost device that fit our requirement. Rough cost estimation: 10 USD BOM cost in mass production. So powerful LRF at expensive BOM cost is not what we are looking for.
