creation of a basic multivibrator electronic circuit

Note: Don't read this if you want more than $50.00 USD. I want a person experienced in soldering on a breadboard to put together the simplest multivibrator circuit possible where an audio signal fed into this circuit through a 3.5mm socket leaves this same circuit with the audio signal being turned on and off a thousand times a second. I wish this thousand times a second to be adjustable, probably with the use of a potentiometer so the audio signal can be adjusted to turn on and off 500 times a second, 800 times a second, etc. I also want a full electronic schematic diagram of this multivibrator so that can create them on my own. (schematic already received but no values given yet on the components.) I also wish a separate alphabetic listing of all the parts used as well as their values. I expect the technician to be answering questions that I put to him using email as I attempt to build a similar circuit on my own even as he is creating and sending mine to Honolulu. I don't expect him to answer my questions instantly, but he shouldn't make me wait too long for my answers. I don't want my technician to use Integrated circuits as they are too advanced for me. The first thing I want my technician to do if he accepts this proposal is to send me the schematics with each labled component given a value--e.g. 200 ohms, 500 microfarads, etc. Note: Don't apply if you want more than $50.00.
