Simple Wordpress Theme Coding

Hello coders! What I need is a simple PSD layout coded for Wordpress. Please check the attachment to see it. Wordpress functionality: 1) I should be able to add new pages to the website. The page names will appear in the left and bottom menu. 2) Blog should appear on the first page 3) Visitors should be able to comment all website's pages (Basic WP comment script) I also need the website to be SEO friendly (less images, more text) and look good in most browsers (CHROME, IE, OPERA, FIREFOX etc.) That's all!
