Please be aware that mail server setup cannot protect you fully from blacklisting, the blacklisting happens due to spamtraps, high bounce rates, spam reporting and content analysis. What a good server setup does is that it increase your chance of getting delivered to the recipients mailbox, and if you are sending to real opt-in lists, even recipients inbox.
