Raspberry Pi developer needed for battery monitoring project

I need a raspberry pi developer who is also good with the hardware side. My project is to build a device with a touch screen to monitor the battery level of a solar battery and automatically close a relay when voltage reaches a selectable low point and then open the relay when voltage reaches the high point. These should be programmable via the touch screen. The Pi should also offer this information and settings via a web server so the information can be accessed via browser on local wifi or LAN. I can provide remote hands to the hardware but you must have your own raspberry pi to develop on. The final terminal will be the reTerminal from seeed. I can set one up for remote access if that makes it easier. Please apply only if you have done this type of develoment before. You need to design the UI, be proficient with attaching or controlling relays and provide this information remotely via web server. After initial development, ongoing development opportunity exists.
