Automatic on and off temperature controller for air condition.

I need automatic on and off temperature controller for split AC 2.5 tons air condition. Example automatic turn on the ac when the temperature reaches 27c. and turn off when the temperature reaches 16c. wait until the temperature reaches 27c and turn on again. continuous this cycle. Requirement must pre assembled ready to plug and play or available in the market. in the case I have to purchase the product then it will consultant fee.
