Hello there! Thanks for posting the project here. As i see the requirements, there is an ambiguity. I'm not sure which kind of stress test you are talking about (Electrical, mechanical or thermal). Being an electrical engineer and a product developer I can do the stress test of your PCB's for electrical stress (Ampaciy). We can try simulations as well depending on the component availability on OrCAD. I can charge 100 to 200 SGD per PCB based on the complexity of the PCB (valid if the PCB's are more than 10)
