4 channel USB LED Controller

I was once responsible for Intelligent Brushless DC Motor Controller and wireless alarmer. Now I'm in a team for robot control,which may be considered as a great complex control system. If be interested, Please contact me.

I have experience with PIC, AVR, 8051 microcontrollers. I can do the job for $600.

I have completed various similar projects in the past so I have experience and some already tested code ready for such an application. I can design for you either a system which will have a serial (rs232 or usb) or a parallel interface for setting the parameters (I can even make a command line interface through RS232) and I can control as many LEDs as the microcontroller has output pins for. I could also implement c libraries or macros for the user to program the microcontroller directly by integrating them in his own projects. I could even implement an interface which will use buttons and/or an LCD display.
