Hi, I am a post graduate power electronics engineer and having very good industrial experience of 8+ years in R&D and project development. I am excellent welding power supplies design, high frequency transformers design, circuits design, multi-channel LED Drivers, Regulated power supplies design with universal input to DC output, Audio amplifier, drives design, Filters design for harmonic analysis and Power factor correction, SMPS, LED drivers, DC-DC, AC-DC converters design, PFC interleaved boost converter, Battery management system, Battery chargers, UPS design, sine wave Inverters, solar grid tie inverters, Solar battery chargers and street light systems design from few watts to KW range using Buck, Boost, and Buck –boost, Interleaved boost/buck, Fly back Push Pull and H-bridge inverters. I have very good experience to design high voltage power supplies up to 50KV for capacitor charging power supplies using soft switching topologies. Wireless charging is a technology that still is not very well defined. As the requirement is charging a 12V 9A cell, the whole setup has to be designed to meet the charging requirements of the battery being used and enormous wireless power transfer wirelessly. It would definitely need a short R&D before a final "practical" design is figured.

Being an electrical engineer, I would like to solve this problem.

What size is needed?

You need a very powerfull charger for 9A at 12V so its hard project but it with the apropriate design it can be done.
