Why are you wanting to make a box? If you want to do dozens it makes sense and you go to one of the specialist companies that do this, but if this is a one off then DONT. IP67 is not easy. The blue box shown is not IP rated except in the most basic way because of the side vents. So what are you actually trying to do How do you expect to deal with heat in IP67 - and yes inverters get hot.
