We are looking for someone to proof read our patent. This patent has already been reviewed by our patent draughtsman and we need another opinion in case there is something he missed. More specifically, we have group of patents and we are looking for someone capable to review and provide effective feedback and advice. We are looking for the right person to establish a long term mutually beneficial working relationship as we have a backlog of patents that need reviewing and possibly drafting. This current patent application is to be filed outside the USA. Knowledge of multiple dependent claims and its structure would be advantageous. The technical field for this patent is regarding oil extraction. However, it is somewhat elementary and anyone with basic technical knowledge should be able to undertake this task. We will clarify and help you if you do not understand any terms or functions. The detailed spec is about 1900 words including examples. The total application is about 3400 words with all the abstract, summary, claims, drawings and background. Most of the ideas have already been laid out and you do not need to draft anything. It’s just plain proof reading and picking out errors. If you can make the patent better, that would be great. There are 2 deliberate errors inserted into this patent for proof reading. Experienced drafters should be able to pick them out. We may award this job to more than one person. If we are happy with your work, we have other tasks which we would love to offer you.
