Web Based script witch exctracts all basketball games and updates constantly

I need a web based script witch would extract all basketball games played this season, plus corresponding game total offered by bookmakers. It will be 45-50 leagues. From webpage oddsportal. Script must be 'live' it would update all info once a day or witch ever time frame we discus. It should extract all games similarly as it is in Demo example added. Later this info would be used for calculations. It would need to create new 'league standings' depending on results extracted. We will need to do some calculation on these. Also script should 'know' remaining games schedule New season games must go into new tables. Will need to add some filter depending on gotten results No design needed, simply white background with black tables is fine as it will be for my personal use. But one user account and login is needed. I will explain all info much more deeply to the winning freelancer.
