Data entry SQL to Excel

I'm moving my website. I 've a simple job before it move my website. I've a backup of my website as a .sql format. I need to Extract two things . One is my My product. and the other is my customers. I just have an organized .sql file as a backup right now. I know its a simple job and mustn't take long time. I need to convert all the entries of my customer and the final format should be an xls file. You should be able to extract products (item #, descriptions, price, weight, pcs) And on Customer. You should be able to extract Customer (first name, last name, Email, Street Address , city, State, Zipcode, Phone number, fax number, tax id number, How much he/she has bought till this date) Everything is inside the .sql file.
