We are looking for a remote worker who will work approximately 36 hours per week... Monday - Friday from 7 PM - 11 PM EST (Eastern Standard Time) Saturday - Sunday from 9 - 5:30 PM EST (Eastern Standard Time) with 30 minute break Skills Needed: Customer Service Phone Sales Data Entry Spanish speaking is a plus+ Job Duties: Data Entry work.. Input service records into computer Answer Phones - Support Existing Customers with questions and concerns. Schedule appointments in Gmail Calendar. Also selling and schedule new customer will also be a requirement. Phone Volume will be slow. Average of 3-5 phones call per weekday and 5-10 phone calls per weekend day. Case Management: Go through existing cases and follow up and update existing cases. May also need to schedule cases.
