I still need to format phone numbers in csv file

I need some formatting done in a csv file. I am migrating shopping cart platforms and I need someone to remove all of the non digit characters and spaces from the phone number columns so that the data can be migrated to the proper fields on the new platform. I also need to be sure that leading zeros are not dropped in the zip code field for states where the zip code starts with zero. This means that the csv needs to be opened as "text" fields so that the leading zeros are not dropped. I have attached an image of what needs to be done. There are about 21,000 rows and multiple phone number and zip code columns so it will need to be done with some kind of formula or db commands. I posted this two days ago and after one failed attempt and others not responding I still need this done. Thank you!
