Help with customer support

We're looking for a super organised and methodical freelancer to join our Customer Support team, where you'll be involved in using our internal platform to enter insurance-related data for our database and interacting with our customers. Your role: - Use our internal platform to enter data with accuracy and precision - Manage our customer flow by letting customers in through our waiting list - Email customers to inform them when their Brolly accounts have been updated - Update our internal insurance provider database with new contact details and policy documents when required - Help customers with any questions they may have about using Brolly and their accounts What we are looking for: - Super organised, thorough, and obsessively attentive to detail - Ability to grasp insurance terminology quickly and efficiently - Able to maintain consistency in the language used when entering data - Ability to prioritise and maintain a high level of efficiency during times of high traffic - Caring and considerate towards customers - Flawless in written English It excites us if you: - Are very thorough and love seeing a project to its end - Are a very skilled communicator, and do not hesitate to ask questions when clarification is needed - Maintain a high level of focus while performing repetitive procedural tasks We love engineering.
