Problem: You have been charged with deciding which approach to take at fixing or replacing the electrical supply lines to a little town in the hills. You can overhaul existing system, install an underground system along an existing road or install an overhead system through the hills. Evaluate the costs and implications to each of the options and recommend the best approach to take. Do not worry about the time value of money for this problem.
