I already exported phonebook softwares that were very restrictive on getting data out of it (Swiss phonebook; TwixTel, Austrian phonebook; Herold, etc...) so I think I can help you out in your project. Could you please tell me what software you have on that CD - or is it a custom written software? I would need to see it for myself in order to determine the necessary effort for a full export.
