I am in need of a competent female virtual assistant to support my cleaning company. The responsibilities include but are not limited to: 1. **Scheduling Appointments:** You'll be expected to manage our calendar and ensure all appointments are scheduled and reminders are sent out. 2. **Managing Customer Inquiries:** You'll be the first point of contact for all our clientele - responding to their queries in a professional and timely manner. 3. **Database Management:** Updating our client database will be a key task, including tracking interactions and maintaining accurate contact information. 4. **Email Management:** Screening, responding to emails and maintaining organized, efficient communication. 5. **Phone Support:** Answering calls sporadically, with full professionalism and courtesy, addressing queries. Communication will be done via phone calls, e-mails, and messaging apps. Our ideal candidate is someone with prior experience in a similar role, exceptional organization skills, and excellent customer service skills.
