Outbound Sales Representative

Vividoptimizers have permanent full-time opportunities and the schedule we are currently hiring for is 5 days a week with a rotational schedule between the business operating hours of: Monday to Sunday: 7am to 9pm CDT. Successful candidates must be available to start. Actively looking for applicants for a Completely Remote Position. Train from home and work from home. The device must: Support Windows 10 (1803 or higher) Have at least 8GB of RAM (memory) Have at least 500MB of free space (storage/HDD) Minimum internet speed at least 10mbps Have a Webcam Responsibilities Use scripts to provide information about product’s features, prices etc. and present their benefits and value Ask pertinent questions to understand the customer’s needs Assertively persuade the customer to buy through demonstrating how our services meet their needs Record the customer’s personal information accurately in a computer system Go the “extra mile” to meet sales quota and facilitate future sales Maintain a high level of competitive and product knowledge, including trends in the relevant products and services portfolio you are promoting Keep records of calls and sales and record useful information What are we looking for? Minimum 1 year of proven outbound or inbound sales experience (within the past 2 years) using a consultative sales approach while meeting sales quotas Understanding of the sales cycle/process Desire to earn high commissions/bonuses, and identify upselling opportunities Sales experience in HVAC and or Home Services preferred but not required Exceptional written and verbal communication skills Ability to sell and build customer relationships over the telephone Good attentive and active listening skills Ability to relate well to all kinds of people with various personalities and temperaments Ability to multi task by simultaneously; listening and thinking about solutions to offer customers while entering data Flexibility to work varying shifts or additional hours as dictated by business needs Perks Never come into the Office – train and work from home within Manitoba Rotational work schedule Tier wage model based on tenure Monthly contests with cash and prizes awarded Spending Account Fun and Engaging Work Culture Career and Leadership Development - we are looking for top talent individuals that can grow with us!
