We are looking for an excellent customer service representative with experience working in E-Commerce.

Zendesk Experience
Experience working for E-Commerce stores
Responsibilities
Replying to customers via Zendesk with perfect English
Issue refunds according to our guideline policy
Re-send products to customers if needed
Respond to all customer inquiries quickly (Within 1-2 business days)
Display a high level of professionalism and care at all times
