PSD to HTML/CSS

I have had a graphic designer create a home page. The file is a PSD. I need this PSD to be made into a function html page with a CSS, so that the basic template can be used to build the rest of the site. This is a relatively simple project. The output file should be an [login to view URL], a .css file, a graphics directory with the individually spliced graphics from the PSD placed in this directory. There will also be a js slider (graphics are also supplied for this) on the front page, a simple contact form (no need to code the PHP as this will be done by myself). The facebook tag on the RHS will function as per the facebook tag on [login to view URL] The menu buttons will also need to have simple drop downs which for the time being will link to a dummy html file. There will probably be a few questions that will need to be asked - I expect them, so ask away.
