Newsletter template creation

We are looking for an experienced designer/developer to create a professional template for our Joomla/AcyMailing based newsletter. We are running an online aviation magazine and our newsletter contains the links to the latest articles we published, classified by Continents, so the template must include the following sections: Africa, Asia, Europe, South America, North America, Caribbean, Pacific and Oceania and Middle East. Priority will be given to those designers/developers able to provide us with some samples of their previous works, and available to start working right away. Big plus will be to receive a sketch of what you have in mind for this project. Designer must agree, prior to commencement of the project, on revising the project until satisfactory result is found. Payments will be as follows: 20% Milestone to be released when template is ready to be uploaded. 80% Milestone/Payment will be released once the template is up and running, and has been tested.
