Fix image map coordinates and some css

Hi, I have a 17 meg file which can be found here to download. [login to view URL] Attached is a screen shot of a sample html page which is generated from a content management system. In the screen shot which was generated using [login to view URL] (selecting MS 10.0 ONLY) I have 2 issues. One is the map coordinates in a image map file work in IE but don't work in Chrome and Firefox. I need this fixed. Could have something to do with css. Just change the css files, don't touch the html (unless you are changing coordinates). When you hover over the buttons in the header the buttons should toggle different colors. Again, it works in IE but not in FF or Chrome. The image map works by itself in all browsers when you take out the rest of the html and just leave the map. So I'm thinking it has something to do with how css is interacting with it. Second problem is the amount of space between the footer content and the end of the body content. It looks good on small monitors. If you have a large monitor it will space things out. Again another CSS issue. All html is generated from a content management system. You can only add html to certain areas (top portion where menu is and footer). The body changes on every page.
