165361 Simple CSS layout template

I need a standards compliant CSS layout for a basic webpage. Please convert the attached graphic into a 2-column HTML/CSS layout. NO TABLES PLEASE! - Columns should float so they are not cut-off on browser resize. - Please make menu items rollovers (using UL/LI as the number of menu items could change) - one pixel solid border around each graphic element - overall width is 760px, right column width is 140px - centered in browser please Very simple project for CSS proficient designer. Comment your code if you like; I'm good with CSS just don't have time today. thanks!
