Tradingview Bollinger Band & RSI ALERT via Telegram, email & or sms

Over multiple timeframes: (Simple alert requirement on trading view) 1...User chooses the timeframe. 2...Bollinger Band (BB) max & minimum bar cross to send alert on any timeframe. The alert is in two parts Green for High quality, & red for low quality. The quality of the alert is calculated by the difference of hight of BB max/low over x bars or average time specified by user. So if the BB hight (difference between top of BB and lower end of BB) is very small then the Alert will be sent as red (low quality), and if BB hight is large then a Green Alert is sent. 2...RSI - If RSI is above or bellow a User Specific value to send a alert. 3...Alert when RSI & BB meet the conditions above together. I would like to see some kind of colour marking on chart for back testing the Alert.
