Write a C++ / QT application

I need a C++ / QT monitoring application for windows, that will do the following: 1. monitor the user mouse activity. If the mouse was moved during a 2 minutes interval (a configurable time frame), the app should record the time stamp. 2. take periodic (a configurable time frame) screenshots of the screen and store them in a folder 3. check what network ports are opened and used. Someting like netstat 4. Record from where and when the user connected using Remote Desktop 5. Record from when the user connected using regular windows login 6. Record all user keystrokes in a file 7. Record all websites visited: internet explorer, Mozilla, chrome. 8. Create a dump of all data traveling over copy/paste 9. Create a dump of all data traveling over FTP 10. Create a dump of all data traveling over SMTP 11. We need to integrate a VNC server in this for remote monitoring/desktop sharing of the machine. It can work in intranet only.
