Website Revamp (Mini Site)

I need a total revamp of my website [login to view URL] But you must do exactly as I request. I want two squeeze pages just like this one (one for a video request, and one to request the 8 marketing tips course I have already. So you will need an 8 - tips ebook/report cover for this one). [login to view URL] I want my sales letter page to look just like this one: [login to view URL] I want everything from the header and background, to the submit buttons and gurantee graphics and signature...etc etc. to be just like this website. But not so much so that it's copyright infringment (on the graphics...my ad copy with stay the same). I want the meta tags for each page to be the same as they are on my site. It must be a pro job...but pro in terms of it must be a direct response website with the same margins etc. The bottom line is my site needs to improve on conversions so it needs to look very professional, but also sell like crazy. Watch his video to get a good feel for the changes I need. Please, don't bid just because you want the work. I need to know that you can accomplish what I need without a lot of hand holding as I am very busy.
