Renewable energy website content rewrite:

We have an existing website which has approx 80 pages all targeting renewable energy services. We want to create a new website so we need to rewrite approx 20- 30 pages of the most important pages so that the new pages and dont get penalised as duplicate content. No automated spinning software to be used, this has to be done manually, also all new pages will need to pass copyscape. We are willing to pay $5.00 per page
