This job involves visiting a online utility that we've created. This utility allows users to link recipe ingredients to other ingredients which are known to be exactly the same. You can use wikipedia or [login to view URL] to learn about each ingredient to determine to confirm it is an exact match. These associations should be recognized as exactly the same ingredient (blueberries = blue berries = blueberry) or a more difficult example: (callaloo = callilu = calalou = callau = taro leaf = bhaji = elephant's ear = sag = sagaloo). So knowledge of food ingredients is necessary, but many online resources are available. We also require all freelancers to speak English fluently.
