10 Web Content Pages Written on Digital Services: Graphics, PPC, Adwords, Database, Hosting, SEO

I am looking for a USA native, content writer to write Web Content for my new website I am developing. The content topics are based on internet services that we sell & should be written in first & second person format. The content should be easy to read, easy to scan and encourage the customer to hire/contact us to perform the service topic. They should also educate the reader as to why/how the service can benefit their business. You are the writing expert, but this is what I believe to be minimum requirements. Each content page/topic should contain 500 words with a keyword density of 1-2%. The content should be broken up into paragraphs and sentences should be kept short, no longer then 20 words. Along with keyword targeting, we also have geographic keywords that should be used in each article as well as we are targeting 3-5 surrounding cities. The content should be submitted via Word document per topic. The content should be free of grammar and spelling mistakes and should not require any editing or rewriting. Submissions that require editing or rewriting due to spelling and grammar mistakes will not be accepted. We should be able to copy and paste your work directly into our website. All written content must be original and able to pass all the major plagiarism checks. Please see attached txt file for target keywords/content topic & geographical references. I am looking to establish an on going relationship with a solid content writer and I am will to pay for quality. I have been a victim of poorly written articles and wish not to go down that road again. For those content writers outside of the US that wish to write for my company, you will be required to submit an article for review before we hire you on your hourly rate.
