Job Summary: We are looking for a highly experienced and passionate Doner Kebab Expert Chef who can bring their expertise and knowledge to our culinary team in India. The selected candidate will be responsible for leading the preparation, cooking, and presentation of our signature Doner Kebabs. Beyond this, the role entails mentoring and training our existing chefs to master the art of crafting authentic and delicious Doner Kebabs. Responsibilities: Develop and execute recipes and techniques for creating exceptional Doner Kebabs, ensuring consistency in taste and presentation across all locations. Oversee the entire Doner Kebab preparation process, including marination, stacking, cooking, and slicing. Train and mentor our team of chefs in India to ensure they achieve mastery in crafting Doner Kebabs that meet our quality standards. Collaborate with the culinary team to innovate and refine Doner Kebab recipes, taking into account local preferences and ingredients. Maintain a deep understanding of food safety and hygiene practices, ensuring compliance with all relevant regulations and standards. Manage inventory and supplies related to Doner Kebab preparation, and liaise with suppliers to source the freshest and highest quality ingredients. Stay updated with industry trends and techniques related to Doner Kebab preparation, and implement best practices within our kitchens. Provide leadership and guidance to junior chefs, fostering a collaborative and productive work environment.
