Content Creation for Solar / Renewable Energy Web Site

We are a manufacturer and service provider of renewable (solar) energy products and services (such as selling energy-as-a-service); located in US, Netherlands, South Africa, and planning to be in several more jurisdictions worldwide. We have contracted to develop web site here, on Freelancer, and it goes relatively ok... [login to view URL] - current web site (to be soon replaced with a quite re-designed new web site) The problem being that, we hoped, that the developers would actually develop for us - messaging, exact wording, pictures, information flow, appearance, look & feel, and so on....what we are getting so far is the "technical assembly of our own information into a working web site". With that, I am looking for a service/someone, who would understand our business, understand the field of renewable solar energy applications worldwide, and understand what works and what does not with web sites and delivering messages to various audiences (buyers, installers, end users, investors, partners, etc) So, I am looking for an ongoing collaboration, open-ended, to provide content development, content creation, messaging, etc for my web site and my sales activities.
