The ideal candidate will have a high level of English proficiency so that they can easily understand inquiries and provide effective resolutions. The focus of the role is to respond to and address customer inquiries via phone support. We are looking for an individual who is able to remain professional yet friendly when interacting with customers. if you are comfortable multitasking, have a positive attitude, and have the ability to solve problems quickly and accurately, then you may be a good fit for this position.
