it should be very easy task. However I do not understand DHCP part? I assume it hosted on data center somewhere right? who is offering DNS service? are you running DNS? did you register host? Do you have full access to the box or just web gui ? Let us talk so I get an picture. I was with ISP for a long time. there are some tricks here and other that I can teach you involving to keep maximum DNS resolution time.
