Service. I will create and implement the chat that provides information and guidance on HIV testing, PrEP, and HIV-related health care. The initial users are Malaysian men who have sex with men (MSM). I am responsible for designing, creating, and embedding the chatbot into the identified platform. After the AI is completed by our team, Dr. Ni will identify issues related to content or difficulties interacting with the chatbot. I am responsible for implementing corrections to the AI. Also, I will be responsible for iteratively improving the bot through several rounds of user testing.
