To follow the specifications ordered by the company in order to create its new pepper plant project which include : - Technical and mechanical points (grinding of the grains, fineness, adjustments, etc... + respect of the quality of the mechanism required by the brand) - Aesthetic and design points (choice of materials and its aspects (roughness, weight, etc...), shape and dimensions, mechanism integrated in a unique product that is close to craftsmanship, goldsmithing and the constraints that arise from it). - Various points (exchangeability of the mechanism on several models, reproduction in several sizes, other ...). Depending on the knowledge and skills of the tenderer, the executor may request a cutting or reworking of the points ordered in the specifications in his tender. However, the points in the specifications cannot be changed, the points not dealt with will be subcontracted or carried out internally at the Contractor's premises, which prevails a modification of the contract of mandate and thus a change in the financial conditions related to this project. FR : Suivre le cahier des charges commandé par l'entreprise afin de créer son nouveau projet de poivrier qui comprend : - Les points techniques et mécaniques (broyage des grains, finesse, réglages, etc... + respect de la qualité du mécanisme exigé par la marque) - Points esthétiques et design (choix des matériaux et de ses aspects (rugosité, poids, etc...), forme et dimensions, mécanisme intégré dans un produit unique proche de l'artisanat, de l'orfèvrerie et des contraintes qui en découlent). - Divers points (interchangeabilité du mécanisme sur plusieurs modèles, reproduction en plusieurs tailles, autres ...). En fonction des connaissances et des compétences du soumissionnaire, l'exécuteur peut demander une découpe ou une reprise des points commandés dans le cahier des charges de son offre. Toutefois, les points du cahier des charges ne peuvent être modifiés, les points non traités seront sous-traités ou réalisés en interne dans les locaux de l'entrepreneur, ce qui entraîne une modification du contrat de mandat et donc un changement des conditions financières liées à ce projet. En fonction de l'évaluation du résultat final, une offre d'emploi peut être envisagée avec une rémunération régulière en tant que freelance (contre projet) ou en plein emploi sur le site de production en Suisse.
