Simple program in C or C++ to parse a file and return values for matching words. Also does epoch time conversion (since 1970) to human readable format (mm/dd/yy)

Please bid knowing this is fixed money upon successful completion. _______________________________________ Overview: Need a simple program preferably in C but C++ would work and code requires comments for complex pointers, functions to explain. No complex error checking etc. required. Similar to a college assignment program and should work with similar data files. _______________________________________ Program Function Requirements: Program will ask for name of source file from the user. User inputs filename and the program parses and stores lines (in 2 dimension array). The array needs to store about 5000 lines with about 500 characters (about 100 words) on each line. I should be able to update the array if I need to update 5000 to say 15000 in future and 500 to 1200. This could be 2 different functions for input file type 1 and 2, or could be 2 different programs. If different functions within same program, keep it separate and leave comments within main() so I can remove one function and program will still run. This is urgent need for the type 1 program (within 12 hours), and type 2 can be submitted within 24 hours from posting time. I will be running the program on Dev-C++ compiler and program on Win 10, so keep it general and simple please (similar to college level, dont need professional program). _______________________________________ Input file type 1 (See attached type1): The program also checks for "lastupdate" field for a user and when available, generates a human readable format from the epoch time format (Unix has epoch time). And generates an excel/csv file listing on each line: User Name, lastupdate, human readable last update, difference (days since last update from 'Now'), so end result will look like a table format in xls/cvs. 'lastupdate' may not be there for each user - so wont print any value (leave blank) for those users. Provide a comment in code so I can disable printing info for that user at all, in case the lastupdate is blank for that user. _______________________________________ Input file type 2 (See attached type2): Similar to above but ignore comments and instead of looking for lastupdate, it will look for following parameters and will generate output excel/csv file listing on each line and their respective values in table format: User Name, maxage, mindiff, maxrepeats, minother, minalpha, minlen, maxexpired, histexpire, histsize, pwdwarntime, loginretries, account_locked, minage . If there is no value defined in any user, the value in 'Default' on top will be taken. _______________________________________ Output: Described in type 1 and 2, also see attached sample file as an example.
