Hi there, I have ready your project and MT4 automtions is what I do best. And in case you need to perform external tasks from MT4, then C# is the best option to go. I am an IT engineer and I work exclusively with MT4 solution. In your specific project, even when you do not expose much details, it is not too difficult to determine that your project may need a DLL extension for data processing or remote communications with your servers or other MT4 clients. Being that the case, I offer you to build your solution with native MT4 language and connected through C# DLLs for platform automation. I would also recommend you to stay away from C++ solutions which will only increase your costs and and make you dependent of their C++ Reditributable installers wherever you are going to install your project. Using .NET (C#) you won't have that problem, because .NET Frameworks are by default installed on most modern machines and is by far less error prone than its counterpart C++. In regards to the platform automation, I can build any automation you need connected to your MT4 or multiple MT4s remote or locally. But of course, it will all depends in your project requirements. I have a Master’s Degree in Statistics and Economics and have 9 years of experience programming in R, modern statistical analyses, and reporting from data. My workflow and tools are chosen to allow me to be very quick and responsive and stay accurate and transparent. All analyses can be rerun on new data and/or audited step by step. I have created web based interfaces for data analysis and visualization using R and shiny. This could also be done using javascript and D3. I usually charge 30$ an hour I will need to know more about the scope of this project before making an accurate bid.
